Finishing and Materials:
This seating chart is printed on your choice of matte foam core or shimmer foam core. Foam core boards do not require a frame. They are very thick - yet light - and will stand up on any easel or propped up against a wall on a table. Poster versions are available, please contact us for information.
The size of board you require is based on the number of "entries" you need on the chart. For example, "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" count as 1 entry. If you list them separately, then that would count as 2.
- Less than 120 entries = 16x20
- 120-200 entries = 18x24
- 200-250 entries = 20x24
- 250-350 entries = 24x36
- 350 + entries please contact us for a quote.
Turn around time:
A deposit of 50% must be received a minimum of 5 weeks prior to the event date to secure your order. The details (names and table numbers) must be received 2.5 weeks prior to the event date, by submitting the Day-of Guest List spreadsheet found by clicking HERE. Orders and details received with less time than we have specified may be subject to rush fees. NOTE: all seating charts are arranged alphabetically and in Horizontal/Landscape orientation by default. Please ensure that you tell us if you wish a different orientation, or if you wish to have the names sorted by table number instead of alphabetically. Additional fees will apply to have your chart re-organized after the initial design has been created.
Orders must be picked up at our office (6553-B Mississauga Road, Mississauga) OR we can arrange for courier. Please contact us prior to ordering for courier fees. Courier is only available within the GTA. Due to the size of this item, we cannot ship outside of the GTA.
